Virgin Paloma

Cheers to your new favorite drink: the Virgin Paloma. I’m obsessed! It’s so simple and so good. Little tip...the sugar + Tajin rim MAKES this drink so don't skip it.

Virgin Paloma
• 50/50 mixture of Tajin & sugar
• 1/2 cup Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Ice
• Sparkling water

Pour about 1/4 cup each of Tajin & Sugar onto a plate. Wet the rim of your glass with a lime and dip in the 50/50 mixture to coat. Add the grapefruit and lime juice to the glass. Top with ice and sparkling water.

*I drink this as is, but Rob prefers the drink with a teaspoon of sugar mixed in. Do whatever sounds best to you. Also keep in mind that grapefruits can vary significantly in sweetness. Add more or less sugar as you see fit
