Glow Getter Juice

Jet lag with a toddler is a whole new ball game. Anyone have any tips for me? To keep my body functioning with all the 2:00am wake ups, I’m drinking all the caffeine and flooding my body with as many nutrients as possible.

Sakara is in charge of food this week and I’m supplementing with this glow getter juice. I call it glow getter because after I drink it a few days in a row, my skin always looks hydrated and glowy (even after an 11-hour flight and middle of the night wake ups).

I like to make this in my blender so I get the benefit of all the fiber. If you’re into a little more spice, ginger would be a great addition!

Glow Getter Juice
• 1/3 green apple
• 1 lime, pith and peel removed
• 1 cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
• A few handfuls of spinach

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender (like a Vitamix) and mix to combine. Add water as needed.
